I am developing a training module on gender equality and workplace learning in Thailand and am wondering if there are any existing training materials available that can be adapted.

No need to re-invent the wheel

But the wheel for a tractor is so very different from a bicycle wheel. Gender equality issues in Thailand is very different from what I have seen in some other countries. There are quite a few exercises and games available already and you could perhaps use some of them after assessing what it is that need to be achieved.
One that I have found useful in most countries in the Asia-Pacific region is to ask 3 questions. The participants have to write the answers in Paste-it notes, without any discussion.
1. When did you come to know that you are a boy or a girl?
After they write the answer, ask:
2. Who told you?
After they write the answer, ask:
3. What did you feel?
Once the answers are written, paste all the notes on a wall and ask the participants to read everybody's answers.
Then discuss the differences in the answers.
Each time I have done this - from Mongolia to Cambodia to Sri Lanka and many other places, I have found very interesting results.
There are quite a few manuals on the net - most of them available as pdf files.
