This is the National Skills Strategy for Pakistan 2008-2012, it sets a national direction for skills development in Pakistan and represents the first phase of the formulation of the National Skills Strategy, 2008-2012. The Vision provides a framework, describing the different elements of reform around which consensus will be built, based on which, an implementation plan will be formed.
